Shipping/Delivery Time:

Orders despatched to UK normally take 1 to 3 working days to arrive. Orders despatched to Europe, USA, Middle East and the rest of the world can take between 5 to 7 working days. Once you’ve paid for the shipping service you require, we are able to track your item (s) from the second it leaves our destination to the moment it arrives in your hands and you sign for the parcel. If your parcel  is lost in transit, we will supply a new item (depends on availability)– just email us letting us know that your item hasn’t arrived, and we will track the package, either expediting the delivery process or dispatching an identical piece of clothing as a replacement (from pending stock or straight from manufacturing unit).

Shipping/Delivery Charges:

Lebaas offers excellent shipping rates which are great value for money and include every cost – we won’t add anything to your bill other than the shipping costs we state! We pride ourselves on the speed of our despatch department/manufacturing unit and on the transparency of our pricing system.

In order to serve the global muslim community we are proud to ship anywhere in the world including the whole of the UK, USA, Europe, Asia, Middle East and the rest of the world. Our shipping costs are detailed in the pricing given below.

Made to measure/ Customized order: 

Most of our Abayas and Jilbabs can be customised, for availability please see the size drop down box for each individual clothing item. To customise any of our Abaya or Jilbab designs, simply email us with your ideas and requirements at customer@lebaas.co.uk or  please use "Made to Measure Order Form" .

Please note that the delivery time for customised (made to measure) outfits takes upto 4 weeks due to the delicate handwork and craftsmanship that goes into each piece of garment, so please allow us some flexibility to ensure that we deliver to the highest standards that you expect from us.
