Our aim is to provide our
customers with the best service and quality at all times. If
for any reason you wish to return any item we will happily
refund or exchange it without any questions provided they
are returned unused and unworn within 7 days (10 days
for non-UK orders) from dispatch of goods.

For exchange or refund of goods
the postage and packing fee is non refundable and the customer will have to pay
postage again for exchange items to be sent. Please note we cannot accept
returns of items returned more than 7 days after delivery, items that are not in
their original packaging and extreme sale items. Please read the Return Policy
carefully for all other details. It is the customer responsibility to ensure
that we receive any returns, so it is highly recommended that
recorded/registered post is used. Please note that the customer is
responsible for paying any custom or duty charges due on items being received or
returned. Lebaas cannot and will not pay any custom duties
Please quote your order
number on the top left hand side of the package, to assist us
in identification on return to us. Also send us a copy of the
invoice or please write your name, address and other contact
details along with the Lebaas Order/Invoice number. Also
please mention what do you want Refund/Exchange in bold. The
management holds no responsibility for any parcel received
without any identification.
Please ensure that the clothes we send are tried with highest
care and that they do not in any way get stained, soiled,
creases or crumpled. The items being returned must be folded
and sealed as in the same way they are received. We
reserve the right to refuse returns of items where it is
apparent that this has not been done.
Please note we will not refund items in clearance or on sale.
If you have requested a refund, or replacements of a lower
value than the returned goods, any refund due will be credited
back to the card used to pay for the original order. We will
send you a refund receipt as soon as the refund has been
processed. If you have requested replacements of a higher
value, any difference due will be charged and our team will
call you to collect your card details. Delivery charges will
not be refunded in the case of a return. If you wish to return
goods to us, you may do so without giving us prior notice.
10% DISCOUNT FOR ORDERS OVER Â£100 -
TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY
If you do return some items
from your order, and your basket (total order value) is
reduced to less than Â£100, then the total discount will be
charged back and deducted from the refund. Please note
that the 10% discount is only valid if the total order value
is above Â£100.

endeavour to process your request for either a refund or replacement as quickly
as possible. In some cases this may take up to 21 days, so we would be grateful
if you can bear with us.
Please note colour
variations and small variations in size are not valid reasons for returning an item
considering that colours, graphics cards and screen
resolutions may vary from one computer screen to another. We
can not guarantee an exact match to the colour you see on your screen.
Please allow a tolerance of plus/minus 1-2 inches to the measurements, as this
can be expected due to fabric stretch
Please note that this
Returns Policy does not apply to Customized Products or
Made-To-Measure Outfits. As those are being prepared
specifically as per your instructions with respect to your
body measurement hence it is not possible to accept
returns/exchange under any condition. We try our best to
give an excellent service to our "Made to Measure" customers
and to keep good business relations for future. Please make
sure you send correct measurements.
