7. Shipping/Delivery Time:

Orders despatched to UK normally takes 1 to 3 working days to arrive. Orders despatched to Europe, USA and the rest of the world can take between 5 to 7 working days. Please note that the delivery time for customized (made to measure) outfits takes 1-2 weeks. Once you’ve paid for the shipping service you require, we are able to track your item (s) from the second it leaves our destination to the moment it arrives in your hands and you sign for the parcel. If your parcel  is lost in transit, we will supply a new item (depends on availability)– just email us letting us know that your item hasn’t arrived, and we will track the package, either expediting the delivery process or dispatching an identical piece of clothing/jewellery as a replacement (from pending stock or straight from manufacturing unit).

8.Shipping/Delivery Charges:

Our shipping rates are great value and include every cost – we won’t add anything to your bill other than the shipping costs we state! We pride ourselves on the swiftness of our despatch department/manufacturing unit  on the transparency of our pricing system. All UK orders placed online before 6.00pm GMT (Weekday) will be shipped by Royal Mail Special Next day/ DHL Parcel Express delivery service/International private courier service.

We ship to the whole of the UK, USA, Europe and the rest of the world on request, shipping costs are detailed in the pricing given below.

8. Payment Methods:

By PayPal (http://www.paypal.com): This is our preferred means of payment and the safest (using secure website) for both you and ourselves.  You can use PayPal payment even if you don’t have an account with them.

By cheque:  We can accept payments by cheque, but please note we cannot ship any items until the cheque is cleared (typically 5 working days).  Please contact us beforehand for details about cheque payments.

Debit / Credit Card: You can make payments using all major debit / credit cards through PayPal. On the final stage of the checkout process on our site, you will see the PayPal page. By clicking on the PayPal button, you will be taken to the PayPal website to complete the transaction.  On the PayPal website there is the option to pay by credit/debit card.  You do not need a PayPal account for this.

If you have any difficulties with payment please contact us and we will be happy to help. For customized items you will be invoiced by email, which can be pad by following the PayPal hyper links in the invoice (no PayPal account needed).

9.Wholesale Purchase:

Depends on stocks availability, we could   supply large quantities of any  item. Please email us on  Lebaas_trade@yahoo.co.uk  for wholesale purchase.

10. Stock Availability:

In keeping up with the changing trends in the fashion world we need to keep getting new material and designs for our customers. We understand that you may be disappointed on your selection being out of stock but we assure you that we will not disappoint you with our new ranges.

11. Lebaas Guarantee and Returns Policy:

Our aim is to provide our customers with the best service and quality at all times. If for any reason you wish to return any item we will happily refund or exchange it without any questions provided they are returned unused and unworn within 7 days from dispatch of goods and with a valid receipt. However for hygiene reasons any jewellery product will neither be exchanged nor taken back. Exchange will be offered all other conditions as above. For exchange or refund of goods the postage and packing fee is non refundable and the customer will have to pay postage again for exchange items to be sent. Please note we cannot accept returns of items returned more than 7 days after delivery, items that are not in their original packaging and Sale/Clearance/Reduced Priced items. Please read the Return Policy carefully for all other details.

Please quote your order number on the top left hand side of the package, to assist us in identification on return to us. Also send us a copy of the invoice or please write your name, address and other contact details along with the Lebaas Order /Invoice number. Also please mention what do you want Refund/Exchange in bold. The management holds no responsibility for any parcel received without any identification.

Please ensure that the clothes we send are tried with highest care that they do not in any way get stained or soiled .We reserve the right to refuse returns of items where it is apparent that this has not been done.

If you have requested a refund, or replacements of a lower value than the returned goods, any refund due will be credited back to the card used to pay for the original order. We will send you a refund receipt as soon as the refund has been processed. If you have requested replacements of a higher value, any difference due will be charged and our team will call you to collect your card details. Delivery charges will not be refunded in the case of a return If you wish to return goods to us, you may do so without giving us prior notice.

Please  note that this Returns Policy does not apply to Customized Products or Made-To-Measure Outfits. As those are being prepared specifically as per your instructions  with respect to your body measurement hence it is not possible to accept returns/exchange under any condition. We try our best to give an excellent service to our "Made to Measure" customers and to keep good business relations for future. Please make sure you send correct measurements.

12. Security Check:

As part of our policy to protect against the fraudulent use of credit/debit cards, we carry out random security checks on orders. These can take various forms, and from time to time it may be necessary for us to ask you to provide a copy of a recent statement header for the card being used on your order. Please note that we are only interested in confirming information already provided on your order, i.e. the billing name and address and card issuer details, and do not need to see actual transactions, which can be covered up.

In case you have any concerns regarding security, we can also assure you that all information is secure with us and we do not retain any card details with us after the transaction is completed. We keep all our customer details confidential.
